More than 150 sqm of new perspectives

Together with the WestVillen project, the WestTwins semi-detached houses form a harmonious ensemble of extraordinary architectural concepts. They complete the development of single-family housing in the attractive Westflügel quarter in the Riedberg district.

The elegant shape of the WestTwins, reminiscent of a butterfly, gives the row of buildings a moving alignment. On the ground floor of each semi-detached house, the floor plan opens up to create a spacious, open plan living and dining area.

On the upper floor, four light-flooded rooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space for individual aspirations. The overall colour concept was developed by a colour architect and underlines the extravagant architectural language of this project.
